In addition to our own products, we also manufacture custom brass parts according to customer needs. We offer the following services for our customers:
Design
We use SOLIDWORKS 3D modelling software for product design. We are able to design new products from scratch or modify existing ones.
Mould and tool manufacturing
We design and manufacture casting moulds and tools. If the customer has a ready model drawing, we can use it directly in manufacturing.
Heat Treatment
The maximum operating temperature of our heat treatment furnace is 750 °C. Internal dimensions: width 1400 mm, depth 1400 mm, height 800 mm – maximum loading mass 5000 kg.
Casting / Hot Pressing
We also perform casting and hot pressing using the customer's own tools. We have a top-of-the-line hot press machine at our disposal.
Machining
Modern machining enables the manufacturing of complex components. With bar turning automats, materials other than brass can also be used.
Special products and contract manufacturing
In addition to standard products, we also manufacture products according to the customer's drawings. Our customers include domestic and foreign industrial companies from various sectors. We primarily work with dezincification-resistant brass – we have also carried out projects using entirely lead-free brass. We have a modern machinery and manufacturing process.
